Banana, Peanut butter and Oat smoothie

A smooth and rich smoothie packed with protein,
vitamins and fiber for a complete breakfast in a glass.
- 2 tbls Organic Larder Acacia Honey
- 2 tbls (heaped) Organic Larder Creamy Peanut butter
- 2 cups Organic Larder Whole Milk
- 1 cup low-fat yoghurt
- 2 bananas
- 1/4 cup Organic Larder Small Oat Flakes
- In a blender add the honey, peanut butter, milk and yoghurt.
- Roughly slice the bananas and add to the blender.
- Turn on the blender and blitz until smooth.
- Add the oats and pulse until combined.
- Pour into two tall glasses or four smaller ones.
- Drink immediately.
