Banana, Peanut butter and Oat smoothie


Prep Time: 5 minutes

A smooth and rich smoothie packed with protein,
vitamins and fiber for a complete breakfast in a glass.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbls Organic Larder Acacia Honey
  • 2 tbls (heaped) Organic Larder Creamy Peanut butter
  • 2 cups Organic Larder Whole Milk
  • 1 cup low-fat yoghurt
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup Organic Larder Small Oat Flakes

Method

  1. In a blender add the honey, peanut butter, milk and yoghurt.
  2. Roughly slice the bananas and add to the blender.
  3. Turn on the blender and blitz until smooth.
  4. Add the oats and pulse until combined.
  5. Pour into two tall glasses or four smaller ones.
  6. Drink immediately.
